Payments
- 50% of balance due upon booking to secure event date. Dates are not guaranteed until deposit is made. Quotes are vaild for 24 hours.
- Orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Full balance due one week prior to pickup date. Failure to so will result in partial order completion or order cancellation.
- Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable unless the order is canceled by Emilys Apples and Treats LLC at which time a deposit will be refunded 48 hours after cancelation.
- Payment reminders will not be sent, it is the clients reponsibility to submit payments on due dates.
- $50.00 Order minimum.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled 72 hours after the order is placed. Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE
Order Modifications
- Any modifications made after deposit additional fees will apply.
Additional fee may apply for special packaging request
Delivery/Pick Up
- If delivery is requested fees may apply weather permitting. If weather does not permit delivery the delivery fee will be refunded, If delivery is requested time and date must be specified at booking.
- If the client is unavailable to receive delivery a designated recipient must be available to receive order.
- Setup & Stand rental may be requested for an additional fee.
Client is responsible to notify Emily's Apples and Treats LLC of any possible allergies
Items may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, nuts, and gluten
Rush fees may apply for orders with less than two weeks' notice
Client agrees to all terms and conditions based on payments of deposit
